By purchasing the Eastie Eats Tour, I understand and agree to all terms. The tour operates rain or shine and all purchases are final. Refunds will not be given. If Taste This Tours cancels a tour for any reason, reasonable steps will be taken to offer another tour date or a full refund.
The tour takes place in a variety of terrain. I understand I should wear layered clothing, bring an umbrella and, most important, shoes that are comfortable. I will be on a boat, crossing busy streets, walking up to three miles and eating at a variety of restaurants. Taste this tours does not guarantee accommodations for food allergies. All activities are enjoyed at my own risk. Taste This Tours will not be responsible for injury, harm or loss of property that, although unlikely, may occur during the tour.
Upon commencement of the tour, every participant will be required to sign a waiver stating full knowledge of the terms of the tour and release Taste This Tours from responsibility should anything happen.
The tour is not recommended for those under 16 years of age.
